Mozart Star Music will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit of equal value.
2. The product does not match the sample or description.
If the product you purchased does not match the description listed please contact us as soon as possible via email at mozartstarpianoinstitute@gmail.com. Return the item in its original condition to Mozart Star Music (48 whitehorse road, Balwyn, VIC, 3103) within 2 weeks of the purchase date with a copy of your receipt. Mozart Star Music will offer you a replacement, refund or store credit of equal value.
3. The product is not what I want – I changed my mind
If you wish to return the product please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a solution – contact us at via email at mozartstarpianoinstitute@gmail.com.
In most cases, Whitehorse Music will also gladly accept a returned product where you have changed your mind, provided the product is returned in as new condition within 7 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
